Hand Saw:

A petrol hand saw – also known as a demo saw – is the most used cutting tool in our equipment range. It is a powerful, handheld cutting tool powered by a petrol engine. It typically uses a diamond-tipped circular blade designed for cutting through hard materials such as:

• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Brick
• Stone

They are used for a wide range of tasks including, cutting out windows and doorways and cutting down pits, just to name a few. They will cut to a depth of up to 150mm deep.

Ring Saw:

The Ring Saw has the same qualities of a Hand Saw and can cut the same surfaces. However they are put to use when concrete is too thick for the portable Hand Saw, as they can cut depths of up to 270mm.

Flush Cut Saw:

The Flush Cut Saw is a specialised version of the standard Hand Saw, designed to cut flush (level) against a surface, such as a wall or floor. The key difference lies in the position of the blade. The blade is mounted to the side of the saw (rather than centred), allowing the blade to cut right up to edges, walls, or other surfaces where a standard saw can’t reach, delivering precision cutting.

Chain Saw:

Similar in appearance to a wood-cutting chainsaw, but built for much tougher materials thanks to the chain equipped with diamond segments. A concrete chainsaw is perfect for cutting small precise penos, vents and pockets in concrete or brick work. It’s perfect for square corners, plunge cuts and tight spaces for better maneuverability in confined spaces.
